Refund & Return Policy


Returns


If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact us and let us know the details of your package within 7 days of the order date. We may also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

   
You are allowed to exchange with any other item of the same value or request for a refund. You will have to bear for the shipping cost back to us as well as the new shipping cost if it is an exchange.


However, return of item(s) is expected to meet the following General Return Conditions

1. In new condition, must be unused and unworn.

2. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.

3. Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.

4. Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached. Sticker on the shoe box should not be removed or altered in any form.

*REMINDER: If the returned item(s) does not meet the General Return Conditions, the return will not be accepted.


Returned products are inspected by us. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.


If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products that are:

1. Obtained from a source other than udc-estore.com

2. Damaged by abuse or negligence

3. Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose


How Do I Return My Order?


You will have two (2) options:

1. Return via Postal Service

2. Return in our office


For Postal Returns

Please email to us at admin@udc-estore.com within 7 days from the day of order received. 
Please include the following details : 

1. Name

2. Contact No.

3. Order No.

4. Product to return or exchange

5. Reason for returns

6. Address


Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns and please address the return parcel to the following address:B-0-8, Block B, Megan Avenue 2, 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


*REMINDER: Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as reference.


Shipping/Delivery Costs (in case of return): If the product(s) being sent out is wrong or defective, we will not be responsible for all the expenses including the shipping cost to and fro. 


For Returns in Our Office

Please be sure to bring your proof of order, such as the printout of the Order Shipment Confirmation email, purchase receipt, and etc. Please note; we only accept returns according to our General Return Conditions.


Please kindly note that we will not be able to provide cash refunds. We will provide you a manual receipt as your proof of returns. Please kindly keep that copy for future reference.

Processing Period

Before we can start processing your refund or exchange, we need to make sure that your returned products meet out General Return Conditions.

As long as your product(s) meet the stated conditions, we can proceed with the exchange or refund process. If your returned product(s) do not meet the stated conditions, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won't be able to give you an exchange or a refund.
